About
Trace Taylor BFE is an award-winning London Based Film & TV Editor with over 15 years' experience. She has an incredibly varied CV, which encompasses both Documentary and Specialist Factual programmes such as Shakespeare: Rise of a Genius (BBC2) Renaissance: Blood and the Beauty (BBC2), 7/7 Homegrown Terror (Sky Docs) and Civilisations: Rise and Fall (BBC2). Her most recent work ‘Tucci in Italy’ (Nat Geo/Disney) was Emmy nominated. Alongside broadcast, Trace edits short form drama. Many of these films have screened at BAFTA and Academy Award® Oscar qualifying festivals including Cannes which have resulted in several wins and nominations for Trace’s editing. Trace is also a governor of the British Film Editors; she also mentors aspiring and up-and-coming editors.
